Our Promise on Quality
At Lishe Bora Kenya, we are committed to providing your child with the safest, freshest, and most nutritious food possible. Our products have a long shelf life, usually two years from when we pack them. This policy explains what happens if you have an issue with your order.
General Returns Rule (Food Products)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items.
Because our goods are foods meant for consumption, especially by babies, we cannot take back products once they have left our hands. We cannot resell them, and we cannot refund purchases simply because you changed your mind or your baby did not like the flavor. All sales are final.
The Only Exception (Expired Product)
The only time we will accept a return and offer a full refund or exchange is if you receive a product that is already past its expiry date.
We have very strict quality checks, so the chance of this happening is next to nothing. However, if it does happen, we want to fix it right away.
How to Get a Refund or Exchange
If you receive an expired product, you must follow these simple steps immediately:

Stop Using the Product: Do not feed the product to your child.

Contact Us Immediately: You must call or email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Provide Proof: You must send us a clear photograph showing the expiry date printed on the pack and the batch number. This helps us track the issue.
Once we confirm the product is expired, we will give you two options:

Full Refund: We will refund the full price of the product back to you.

Free Exchange: We will send you a fresh replacement product at no extra charge.
